how microneedling works
A medical-grade microneedling device is used to create uniform microchannels within the skin at controlled depths. These micro-injuries trigger fibroblast activation and neocollagenesis while preserving the surrounding tissue.
The microchannels also allow for enhanced transdermal delivery of topicals such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), or exosomes, improving penetration and biologic efficacy.
