Lisa Fast, Founder & CEO of Derma Diva Advanced Aesthetics
Lisa Fast is a clinical aesthetic practitioner with over twenty years of experience in non-surgical skin rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics. She trained within plastic and reconstructive surgery practices in Houston and New York, where she developed advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, tissue physiology, and procedural aesthetics.
Her clinical focus includes neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, autologous biostimulators, platelet-based regenerative therapies (PRP/PRF), exosome applications, hair restoration protocols, and advanced energy-based technologies.
Lisa was the first practitioner in Texas to introduce X-Therma Cryo + RF technology and is one of only two practitioners in Texas performing Sylfirm-X dual-wave RF microneedling at the highest treatment protocol levels. Her expertise includes vascular-targeted radiofrequency, collagen induction therapy, and integrated regenerative treatment modalities.
Dr. Joseph m. perlman, medical director
Dr. Joseph Perlman earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his M.D. degree from Brown University. He completed residency in General and Vascular Surgery from Baylor College of Medicine in 1981 and residency in Plastic Surgery from Baylor in 1984. Dr. Perlman also completed fellowships in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery. His practice is now limited to cosmetic surgery, including performing over 600 facelifts in the last 10 years. Dr. Perlman has been one of Houston’s Top Docs numerous times, and voted one of the top 3 cosmetic breast surgeons by his peers. He was a physician for the 1988 US Olympic Team at the Summer Games in Seoul.

Venessa Khamissi is a certified phlebotomist and CAAM (American Academy of Micropigmentation) board-certified permanent makeup artist specializing in advanced and corrective cosmetic tattooing, with nearly ten years of experience. Her background includes advanced brow and lip procedures, corrective pigmentation, and precision-based permanent cosmetic techniques.
She provides clinical support for regenerative treatments, including PRP and PRF preparation and processing, and assists during injectable procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort. Her training includes operation of Sylfirm-X dual-wave RF microneedling and X-Therma Cryo + RF technologies, supporting comprehensive aesthetic treatment protocols.
Her role focuses on procedural accuracy, patient safety, and maintaining the high clinical standards of the practice.
